Prof. Cunningham was a discussion leader at the Trans-Atlantic Science for Policy Workshop, held in Ispra, Italy from 27-28 October. This event was organised by the Joint Research Centre (JRC) of the European Commission and the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS). This workshop was part of a broader initiative by the JRC and the AAAS to enhance science cooperation between the EU and the US.
